Orders for Blazers, Ankle pants and Flare trousers are taken before production begins, as part of our eco-conscious initiative to avoid overproduction, and to get you the best fit possible, personalized to your style preferences.

Choose Your Fabric
Are you in need of a full suit for business professional occasions? Or is it a stand-alone blazer that suits you best? We’ve got both: suits and separates. Some are seasonal. Most are seasonless.
When looking through the photos on our website, remember that the buttons, threads and many other design details including the jacket length are options you’ll get to choose.
Pro Tip: Please consider your comfort needs and look for our guidance on stretch. Some fabrics have little to no stretch and therefore may require sizing up.

- Select your size: Our Blazers, Ankle Pants and Flare Trousers can be made in even + odd sizes. So, if you are in between sizes, we’ve got you.
- Select your lengths: Follow our Size Guides for diagrams and height charts to help you measure & select your desired Jacket Length, Sleeve Length and Ankle Pant or Flare Trouser length.
- Pro Tip: Do you have an hourglass figure that sometimes requires alterations at the waist of your pant or blazer? Or, do you sometimes wish your waistband had a little more room for comfort? Be sure to ask about our custom waist adjustments for blazers and pants!

Design It
Design It
Pressed for time or suffering from decision fatigue? We get it– you’re a busy professional, burning the midnight oil. We’ve taken the guesswork out to make this easier.
- When designing your blazer, check the box on either “Classic,” “MO Favorite” or “Stepping Out” for pre-selected Blazer designs. Rest assured, you can still make tweaks. Or, be the designer and have fun in the process.
- You can choose the following Blazer design options: buttons, lining color, contrast buttonhole threads on lapel and/ or sleeves, melton undercollar, monogram, and back vent style on Blazers
- For Ankle Pants & Flare Trousers: All pants come with belt loops, front pockets with zipper closure, and a stretch lining in front, down to the knee. Ivory pants come fully lined. Your pant design options include: belt loops (keep or omit), front pockets with zippers (keep or omit), and pant lining (order as standard, half lined to knee, or you may order your pant fully lined.)

Confirm Your Fit
Confirm Your Fit
We'll send you try-on samples by mail to double check your fit, before we begin production.
Select the size you ordered + one additional size to try. (For ex, if you ordered a Size 4 Blazer and Size 4 Ankle Pant, you may select try-on samples in Size 4 + one additional size: either a Size 2 or Size 6, of both garments ordered.)
Upon receiving these samples by mail, try them on promptly to confirm or change size + lengths, and you may request any necessary waist adjustments, too.
Once we receive confirmation that you’ve made your selections and shipped the samples back to us, we'll proceed with production.
You will receive additional instructions and pre-paid shipping labels during this process.
