Please email if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  As a small business, we are always striving to bring the best products to the market to help women with solutions for everyday dressing.  It will be very helpful to understand the reason for your return, so that we can continually improve our products, fit and customer experience.  We would also be happy to schedule a time to speak by phone about what went wrong and how we may be able to solve it.

Returns will be accepted for a refund if we are notified within 15 days after your order is received. 

Returns will be accepted for a store credit if we are notified within 30 days of receiving your order (but after 15 days.)

Garments must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived to you, and with original tags.

Returns will not be accepted for garments that have been altered, damaged or showing signs of wear.  

Returns will not be accepted for a garment style that has already been returned and remade.  By shopping with Midnight Oil you will have complimentary access to Personal Stylists who will help you with your style and fit decisions, and help you to find a good fit.   Excessive returns will be flagged and prohibited.  

Upon requesting your return, you will receive a complimentary return shipping label by email. 

Once you have received your return label, please pack your items with the utmost care to protect the fabrics and delicate details. It is important to us that our products remain in excellent condition.

When products are received back to us in excellent condition, we will process your refund or credit.

Color:   It is our intention to display all colors accurately.  However, computer monitors and device screens can vary, and therefore we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately portray the exact color tone of our fabrics and threads.
